Laki’s building system
The LAKI System is built with BASF NEOPOR GPS foam and uniquely fabricated galvanized steel components. In addition, it is lightweight, strong, energy efficient, much faster to install, and is patented. It was engineered and tested to meet or exceed all current building codes and has been engineered and tested for use in footings and foundations as a replacement for concrete in most applications.
The Laki system has been proven in homes, commercial buildings, energy production facilities, and proprietary food growing facilities in various western states in the U.S.
The system has successfully been utilized in controlled environment grow facilities where it consistently produced high yield results.
Kreet
is a high strength proprietary Cementous/polymer mix designed to add strength and durability to the Laki system. It can be applied like other cement products by either spraying or troweling. It applies quickly and easily and is fireproof and waterproof and is much more durable and stronger than typical stucco type products.
